 羊肉可以說的上是溫補的最佳美味,或許在冬天吃的人會很多,但是春天溫度不穩定,多吃一點溫補的東西更容易度過春天,那么不妨選擇下面這道菜——蒜苗炒羊肉。

  主料:蒜苗、羊肉、青辣椒

  輔料:植物油、鹽、生抽、花椒粉、味精、淀粉、姜

  做法:

蒜苗炒羊肉

  1、把蒜苗洗凈切段、姜切末,青辣椒洗凈切絲, 羊肉切絲,用花椒粉、生抽、淀粉拌均勻,加色拉油在拌均勻腌制3分鐘左右、

  2、熱鍋涼油,油熱7成下羊肉翻炒出香味撈起

  3、熱鍋涼油油熱8成,下姜末,青辣椒、蒜苗頭翻炒出香味,下羊肉翻炒均勻

  4、加鹽、生抽、蒜苗葉子翻炒均勻,加味精翻炒均勻即可
